Guest guest Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 My daughter and I both have 4 plus of 2 different kinds of strep bacteria per our stool tests: alpha haemolytic streptococcus and gamma haemolytic streptococcus. According to our DAN, who seems to know nothing about getting rid of these, we have been taking about $15 a day worth of her probiotics for 6 months. I know we still have it, b/c we get the little white pimples on our skin. Now my daughter has started Valtrex and hers is really coming out. It is like the Valtrex is kicking it up and she is getting lots of the pimples (it is not a viral rash - she has that too). For myself, I am trying the Olive Leaf extract, goldenseal, and GSE. It tastes horrific and cannot give it to her. Sadly, not even that seems to be working for me (2 weeks on). I do not have a DAN and I do not know what to give her for her bacteria. Any suggestions for a 3 year old other than antibiotics? She cannot swallow pills. Thanks so much for your input of what has worked for you. I really appreciate it! I was able to reduce it out in about 10 days with MEGA doses = (3-4 x my Normal Dosing ) of supplements And--- BUT 3 nights of EFT with the laser was the KNOCKOUT factor! Here's what it took:-- 3x ---my normal amts of: 1. The (high antioxidant) Monavie Active juice, 2. Round the clock=( new one every 12 hours) LW Glutathione patch use for 3 days..then back to 12 hours use every other day, 3. GSE, OLE, Activated Charcoal, 4. Probiotics, Lysine, Taurine and 5. Echinacea /Goldenseal... & MB12 nasal spray 6. Prayer, Raw Thyroid supps, & All Adrenal supps 7. and EFT with the laser . (http://www.emofree.com ) was the knockout factor! (There is a good 6 minute video showing before and after doing EFT. As the blood changes under a microscope..validating this wonderful Free therapeutic tool.)
