Guest guest
I had a conversation with an urologist today. He was afraid that physician reimbursement is going to be cut drastically( specialists income in particular , me thinks), and we would not be allowed to opt out of a public plan etc etc. In fact there are a lot of rumors even among patients ( have a patient very anxious that she will not be allowed to choose her own doctor- and no amt of talking convinces her otherwise- sounds like talking points to me) My question to the group if indeed physician reimbursement is cut, cant quite see it happening, but maybe as peter orszag mentioned " nurse coordinatorS " are sufficient.. what are your plans, how many plan to reject all insurance?
