We are debating about leaving..... will decide tomorrow and leave for our 12 hour drive to Oklahoma on Sun am depending on a more definitine path of Gustav.  These were people who were unclaimed/unidentified from Katrina three years ago today.  How sad. Guest guest
Thanks Jo... Jac is working the storm in Lafourche Parish as a deputy.  We will leave in about an hour and head off for  OK.  Dread the drive,, but I dread Gustav more.  The govenor of Louisiana has done incredibly well in getting this evac organized.  Too bad the previous idiot woman gov made such a mess.  Yeah Bobby Jindal! Off to finish acking and picking up my 83 year old neighbor with lung cancer.... one of main reasons I'm leaving is.. if the power goes out. that means no a-c. I have my cell and will be at when we get to Norman -------------- Original message from " Jo " : -------------- Betsy You, Jac and New Orleans are in my prayers!
