Could fever be from restarting OLE?

I just restarted OLE for my son after about a week and a half off of

it. (We moved and it was still at the old house.) I restarted on

Saturday and yesterday he developed a fever. He layed around all

day. His fever spiked at 103.5 last night and then this am started up

again after waking up okay. It was 101 when i gave him more Motrin.

could this be from starting up the OLE again? This didn't happen the

first time but it seemed strange that he developed the fever at the

same time.
