Guest guest
So Juls, would you consider how you eat to be low cal? Do you watch calories? thanks for sharing To: DS_Friends_Keshishian Sent: Thu, March 4, 2010 7:32:18 AMSubject: Maintaining Weight & Weight Loss Hi guys, I have to "weigh" in here for just a moment. I am five years post op (May 10) and I have been able to maintain and actually lose more weight when I want to by going to salads. Now let me be clear, I LOVE salads anyway, and I can eat them breakfast, lunch & dinner. I can usually maintain at around 118, but I lay off of the sweets and stick to salads with no croutons. If we're having pizza or something, I will have a salad first and maybe a couple bites of pizza, I don't have to eat a whole slice or anything. I am usually satisfied with bites of different foods, except when it comes to sweets. That is my downfall, so I have to be careful there. It's funny but I can eat a salad, where as a few bites of other kinds of foods gets me full. My two cents worth! Juls - NM
Guest guest
It sounds like we have to diet like normies. I can do that as long as I can lose this weight. Very frustrating So Juls, would you consider how you eat to be low cal? Do you watch calories? thanks for sharing To: DS_Friends_Keshishian Sent: Thu, March 4, 2010 7:32:18 AMSubject: Maintaining Weight & Weight Loss Hi guys, I have to " weigh " in here for just a moment. Guest guest
Juls is a tiny little thing! And she does love her salads. When she was in Glendale the last time she taught me something. At Fastfood places like BurgerKing..Mcs...you can order something like a grilled chicken Salad and then for very little extra money order " extra Meat " . I thought you would have to order a whole other salad..it was news to me!! Ordering this way, it Gave our Miss Juls a wonderful salad with plenty of protein.
