liquid LDN vs. compounded capsules

I have been taking liquid LDN 4.5 mg for over a year. A friend gave me

a few compounded capsules (also 4.5mg) to try. I was sick to my

stomach the next day and queasy for a week. The capsules were made

with calcium carb. filler but were only halfway filled, so not too

compacted. I would reccommend liquid LDN to anyone who asked me. Just

my personal observation.
