These will help your blood vessels heal as well as your skin, they are WOUND healing vitamins. In addition...make sure you are taking enough vitamin A..this is also skin healing. Basically you want to make sure you are taking all your vitamins. But UP your protein, C and Zinc before and during healing. Hugs Jo > > I have ben approved for hernia repair and tummy tuck.
