A little late but here goes...

138/protein, 85/carbs, supplements-yes, water-?? I had enough fluids but only about 40oz of water, exercise-only housework.

My sweet husband surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries for valentine's. So tasty and 13 carbs each! But worth it.

I don't know about the rest of you, but weekends are hard for me. I usually eat more carbs and it's harder getting in my protein. And I love to bake, especially on the weekends! I guess that goes back to the days when I was working and that's the only time I had. But I have learned that if I bake on Fri night, I can send most of the goodies over to 's mom's house and my neighbor's. This Sun night is our church banquet so.....
