I don't know how long you have been taking Ambien, but please watch

it..I was taking it and had 2 pretty good scares.I got up one nite

and was stumbling around when Ruthie told me to go back to bed.

The other time Kayla came into my bedroom and woke me up to see if

what she had was the meds to put in her eye. They said I told her

That she would have to do it herself or have her mom do it and I

guess I showed how to do it on myself..That scared the tar out of

me so I just quit it.Some nites I am up until 5 or 6 in the morning

but I would rather do that than hurt one of my grandkids.

Ruthie has a friend that after taking hers one nite she got into

her car and had a wreck and wander around forever before they

found her..LOL, she is ok, but it got to her also.

Just be careful with it.When I take a OTC ones I have a bad headache

the next day, so don't do that often.
