Guest guest
Yup, you got it. It's exact opposite of what you would think it to be. My body fat is always a lot lower in the afternoon or early p.m. then in the morning. The correct time to weigh (according to them) is in the afternoon or early evening a couple hours after a meal.. Darcy who has been retaining water AGAIN and my weight has been staying the same in the morning and afternoon..... (mornings I am quite swollen) > > Darcy who's body fat read 15.4% the other day! Guest guest
Sandie, Yep, did pretty well! It was too bad, I was working at the gym, and they had this great class. This really cool guy taught it; it was cardio kickboxing. I watched his class, and it was just like an advanced tae-bo tape. I wish I could have taken it!!! I was always working, though. Hawaii is absolutely fabulous, I plan on saving some money and going for vacation sometime. Can't wait!!! AmyC > Sounds like you did awesome )!!!!! Glad you had > fun > in Hawaii. Guest guest
Colleen, I know, I kind of surprised myself!!! I used the Cross-Trainer for the first time, and I loved it!!! I had to do it every day, and I'd stay on the thing for like, an hour. I even ate really healthy, except one night when we had a luau. That food was just too good to pass up!
