Guest guest
I noticed it from the first night I took it. If you are low in endorphins, you get depressed, lose your appetite, can't sleep. lose libido, any and or all these things. However, first night on LDN my hands and feet got warm within 15 minutes and without sounding crude, that wasn't all!!! By the way, my feet and hands had been ice cold for two weeks. That has been my signal several times that I was going to have a relapse if I didn't take extra good care of myself. I think cold hand and feet and that pale look all accompany a lack of oxygen in the body or a poorly functioning immune system. I am happy to be on LDN and my friend and I walked in New York 4 days straight for at least 6 hours in the 95-100 weather. I could have NEVER done that before. The heat would have done me in and made me numb or something neurological would have occurred. I am so grateful for the life I am living and thank God for all the people who have made it possible to have access to LDN.
