Guest guest
every doctor i have asked for injections only has hydrocobalamin not methylcobalamin ( the form that has been shown to help neurological problems). That is why I take sublingual methylcobalim. Many mser's are deficient in B-12 no matter how it breaks down in the body. If you are deficient, you need extra and anyone taking high doses of alpha lipoic acid needs extra b12 and biotin. Article from Life Extension.
