Also I have really bad gas, felt like I needed to burp and fart with no luck what so ever and when I did it was the most massive relief ever. I was also hungry 3 days post op and my stomach was making shocking noises (go and read the yahoo board with number that I gave everyone, about 2 posts past that I talk about this very thing) I was allowed to up my shakes, so try that first, add another one in during the day. also make sure that you are having your fill on H2O very important! and then get some drinking youghurt vegi juice and soups.
