Hi Arlene,

I am soooo sorry, I got Splenda mixed up with Stevia. My mom who is a nutritionist said stevia is just fine. It is Splenda that is not good to use. I apologies to anyone that read my earlier message. Please note that Stevia is fine, it is an herb.

(unfortunately Splenda tastes better - but that is life)

I think that I heard that Stevia is not good for you. We love Stevia and were using it for about 9 months but we no longer use it at all.

Althea

What's wrong with it?

No need to apologize. I thought maybe something new came up on the stevia front. I don't use it personally, but I know of people who do. I use raw, unfiltered, unteated honey. It's supposed to have a lot of healing properties. There is some sort of antibacterial property that is like penicillin. But the clear honey you buy at the grocery store is heated, so it doesn't have the healing properties.

I just saw the other day that honey is the only food that won't spoil!

It's just amazing some of the things it can do as far as healing. (even wounds on the skin.)
