I have never heard of this happening due to LDN. Of course, I guess anything is possible. I have never known of any drug to be under such scrutiny as LDN. Every little effect of any kind is questioned when LDN is used. A drug with FDA approval for a condition can be prescribed, and no one questions it, but LDN seems to get the blame for everything! Is this because there have been no such trials? IMHO, with MS, we're dealing with a devastating diagnosis, partly because we don't know the path it will take, and depression is almost certain, to some degree. We all handle it differently. I really don't know what to tell you. I think it just depends on your own ability to deal with situations, and you're expectations from LDN. Maybe you're expecting so much that you're anxious?

Does this place stress on the kidneys or is there a risk for an attack while you are taking the Detoxamin. I have heard of this and was planning on trying it but never did. I would think having the metals in the body is far more traumatic than slowly removing them by this suppository method. What are your experiences? Kathy

when you are starting LDN and increasing endorphin production, anything can happen with moods. Endorphins are the "Happy hormones" and your body is adjusting so try to be at peace with yourself and be patient with the body. Don't be too hard on yourself. LDN is working for many people and you might change the time or play with the dosage you are on. If you are taking 4.5, maybe you should switch to 3.0. Best Wishes, Kathy

I started the LDN August 20, 2004, and my mood has stabilized where I no longer feel depressed like it was for so many years. It does not seem to bother me if I do get out of my apt. It use to bother me after a week that I had been out I got cabin fever BIG TIME... Being apt bound is not as it was before this.

To me the LDN has been a blessing for me in more ways then this. Other things are better for me also. Bladder and bowel problems are no longer. I am stronger then before LDN.

no progression finally good news there is no stress on

my kidneys no need to check blood while using
