Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 Hi Kathy--I'm a coffee drinker, but only 1 cup per day. Have heard that caffeine destroys B vitamins. I never take my supplements when drinking coffee. Always take them at least 1-2 hrs after coffee.
