Donna,

Thanks! I felt great that I made it through the whole KS Step workout. I

noticed yesterday when I was doing something that I can see changes in the

mirror, I can see my triceps and my delts a bit, there is also a dip where

the shoulder muscle and biceps meet, and I haven't even been doing weighted

work yet! I've only been working out for two weeks, this is my third week

so far, so if I'm seeing results now I can't wait until I add weights. I

usually see results fast even though I'm an Endomorph mostly; although I

have small bones. My thumb overlaps my middle finger when I put them around

my wrist.

What Vennitta's sig line is right, get fit and weight loss will follow. We

will be going to my MIL's house tonight for supper, so I guess this will be

my cheat meal for the week. I made a Butterscotch Pull Apart for dessert

from Companies Coming Breads. It smelled so good while it was baking.

Have a great day, this is a scheduled rest day for me, but I may do Classic

Stretch later if I feel like it and if we get home soon enough. Sometimes

Mom likes to visit.

Hi Kerry!

Good for you for making it through the KS Step workout! Woo Hoo! Progress. I

hear you on the weight loss, but your oncologist is probably correct - that

it is better to gain or maintain weight during your treatment so that you

don't become weak. The weight will come off - what is it that Vennitta says?

Be fit and weight loss will follow? Keep at it!

Donna
