My tongue seems fine. I do use the toothbrush on it daily when I

brush my teeth.

I noticed the white spots a month after taking oil of oreg. but a

couple months before that, I started the LDN also. It has to be one

or a combination of the two. I'm not sure if it's good for us to

take oil of oreg. continuously. It suppose to kill off bacterias,

viruses, microbes etc. I was told by a alternative doc in CA that

it is some good stuff and kills off parasites also. I know on this

group a lot of people take C Silver but I haven't tried it yet.

Seems they both must kill off things in the body so maybe it is

giving me a vitamin deficiency along with it.

Someone mention getting more zinc. How much is not too much and I

know we have to balance zinc and copper to not have a copper

deficiency.

I also have developed nail fungus in only one thumb nail. Trying

antifungal cream but hasn't done much yet. Seems the oil of oreg.

would solve that if it really is anti-fungal so I don't get it.

The rest of my nails do not have fugus but look unhealthy and have

white spots. It's like the part that grows out that is usually

white tips are discolored. If anyone knows how to get rid of the

fungus in one nail, let me know. I've seen over the counter lamisil

but it says to not put on nails. The lamisil pill sounds like

poison. I've never had nail fungus and want to get rid of it and

make my other nails look good again.

Naltrexone tablet and I assume you are measuring it by following

GoodShape's instructions. Have you ever tried dissolving the tablet

in distilled water and measuring 4.5mg and taken it that way? If

you haven't you may get better results and a closer measurement that

way. You may notice an improvement in fatigue by using liquid LDN.

is THE FUNGUS WHITE OR GREEN? green is the more benign of the two. if it not too far down into the nail bed cut the nail way down. i know you probably don't like that answer as it will not look attractive but it only takes 10 weeks for an entire nail to grow back. oxygen kills the fungus and that nail needs air so cutting it back will heal it quickly. you put hydrogen peroxide on it after you cut it.

as far as the oregano, the parasites and fungus have to come out somewhere so it is through your mucous membranes and pores that they are partly destroyed. rotate olive leaf extract with the oregano. olive leaf is alot better for ms than oregano according to dr neiper. read the yeast connection by william crook and it will give you a good idea of how to control candida! have a beautiful day!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks whitish green and down both sides of one thumb nail where I

can't cut it away. A couple months ago, I broke the nail off and it

broke off as far as it could and now grown out but the fugus(if

that) stayed there. I even put some of the oil of oregano under

nail and down on cuticle and nothing changed. I did use olive leaf

one time before and will get some more. I had the Yeast book and

gave to someone to read and they never gave it back. Will see if

they still have it. I ordered the LDN book yesterday and no one

will get that to borrow. Maybe if I soak the thumb nail in peroxide

that will help. My nails look crappy right now but the others don't

seem to have fungus. They are just spotty and the tips that are

usually whiter are discolored and not my nails at all.

I also had vaginal itching for 20 years and the oil of oregano seems

to have made it Stop!

Thanks!!
