IBS Article - LDN Related (sort of)

I have never posted here before but I have lurked here off and on for

two years. Below is a link to an article in our local paper that kind

of validates the theory of how LDN works. They are using a substance

called GM-CSF. (It seems like it is an LDN type substance). It isn't

an AP article so I don't think it would show up on normal news feeds.

It's a shame they're not using LDN, those patients wouldn't experience the

adverse side effects with LDN like GM-CSF has. Bottom line is this proves

boosting the immune system works in auto-immune diseases and also since LDN

cannot make researchers billions of dollars it's best to use something with side

effects that would bring in big bucks than to use something with few to no side

effects and make little money even though the two drugs work the same way. And

our medical community wonders why the public is developing such distrust of

them. The internet has done wonders for people with chronic illnesses, it's why

doctors hate you to bring up what you've found on the internet. The internt

threatens their bank accounts.
