Guest guest Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 Since we have an interest in calorie tracking I thought I would remind everyone about a free online program that does a really good job of tracking and charting...Weight, Goals, Exercise, Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fats, vitamins, water...You can also journal. You can make selections from their list...or you can put in YOUR foods that you eat often so it becomes a quick click to enter it. Use it for a couple days and get a realistic picture of your current diet...or use it long term...Track it all or only one thing???
