Guest guest
SANDRA, I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T HAVE A REACTION SO I TOOK 1.5MG FOR A MONTH SO MY BODY GOT USE TO IT. THEN I WENT TO 3.0. NO PROBLEMS. JUST SLEEP LIKE A BABY AS SOON AS I TAKE IT. YOU AREN'T TAKING ANY PAIN MEDICATION, ARE YOU? KATHY [low dose naltrexone] LDN Response I would like to know how on earth all of you ever got adjusted to taking LDN? I took 3mg for 3 nights. Total insomnia, heart palpitations that went on for hours, cramping in my feet/legs, all in all, I was so miserable until I stopped. Does it really take 7 - 10 days to adjust too? I am so hurt that I allowed these issues to overwhelm me. I should have taken some time off from work. --I've tried Melatonin before, it doesn't help me... Stay connected, organized, and protected. Get a stronger over-the-counter sleep aid. It may take 3 to 4 months for your endophins to level off. You are experiencing a stong endorphin spike and that's the cause of all the adverse symptoms. Guest guest
No--no pain meds. When I start again, I'll try the lower dosages 1st. Thanks for the advice. Guest guest
THAT STRONG ENDORPHIN SPIKE JUST REINFORCES IN MY MIND HOW MUCH SANDRA CAN BENEFIT FROM LDN. DON'T GIVE UP ON IT SANDRA. LET YOUR BODY SLOWLY BECOME ADJUSTED TO IT AS BRENDA ADVISED YOU. KATHY [low dose naltrexone] LDN Response> > > I would like to know how on earth all of you ever got adjusted to taking LDN?
