My lower back has been cranky today and I didn't help it by digging around in the crawlspace and looking for stuff for my DD's school's garage sale this week. Anyway, I grabbed some 8's and walked around for a bit and it DOES help. I think the weights sort of act as little traction devices - mind you, I kept my posture 'perfect' so that probably helped, too. Something else to add to my routine!
