Guest guest Posted September 9, 2003 Report Share Posted September 9, 2003 What is the most effective or best method to increase the speed of my push-up in 60 seconds. I read in one of the bodybuilding magazines before that doing a weighted push-up will improve one's strength and speed. So, last monday I tried that technique by putting a 35pound barbell plate on my upper back and did my push-up as fast as I can (in good form) in one minute. I am not really sure if this technique will improve my speed and strength, so can anyone enlighten me regarding this matter?
