If you do not have the instructions on how to mix the liquid LDN from a 50mg Naltrexone tablet let me know and I will post them for you. Some find they get better results from the liquid LDN instead of the pony bead method. > > Yes, if you could please that would be great. I have the baby ml measuring dropper and a 1oz measuring cup, but not sure how much to fill in the dropper for each 4.5 dose. That would be so much better than grinding the tab and measuring it each night. Also, want to let you know that today was the best day I have had in years, I mean it, no CFS today, just felt good and normal and got things done like I used to and actually started to feel more like me again. I missed myself so much over the years. Do you know others with lupus who are using LDN? And what have their experiences been? I have not been able to find any info but very little. My cousin takes it for lupus and she has had enormusly great results, it has also calmed her fibromyalgia. She also has accupuncture done 2x a week also, but is doing so much better than this time last year it is really hard to believe her dramatic success so far. I am so happy for her and hope to get the same results I hope:) Thank you so much! Sincerely, Betty
