Guest guest
Low fructose is different than no fructose. That list is for people with fructose malabsorbtion, not hereditary fructose intolerance - two different conditions. No fructose means NO FRUITS of any kind, ever, and that includes most BOTANICAL fruits (i.e. tomatoes). Here's diet info from the only website aimed at HFI: http://www.bu.edu/aldolase/HFI/treatment This diet is pretty much what I follow, except I have to exclude all grains and dairy also: http://www.bu.edu/aldolase/HFI/treatment/diet1.html > > http://uvahealth.com/services/digestive-health-1/images-and-docs/low-fructose-di\ et.pdf > > In looking at these foods it should be reasonably easy to get lots of K and lot Na.
