Anne,

I had the fluffy loose stools after the DS till I started adding in

calcium, then they turned so hard I felt like I was ripping my anus with

every poop. My solution is Mira Lax every night with 4-6 oz of juice.

It works like a charm, I have been taking it for about a year and I

absolutely love the stuff.

Best,

Renie

constipation issues

hmmm...

I am wondering if constipation can be a 'genetic' problem.? I notice

that I gain weight if I dont poop every day.? I lose weight if I eat a

ton of prunes (dont recommend that to ANYONE more than once in their

lives....'shudder') or take several doses of laxative for a week until I

completely 'download' everything.? Not a pleasant process.?

I didnt know calcium could cause it. I also eat a lot of calcium- cheese and all

that so maybe that is causing it.
