As a last ditch effort I would inject hydrochloric acid IM & IV. A dilution of 1:1000 to 1:1500 in isotropic (saline .9%)

The edema is caused by a failure of the cellular sodium/potassium pump. In reality, alkalizing the body fluids is a mistake. The general consensus of opinion is that diseases like cancer thrive an an acid state and this is TOTALLY WRONG! Hyperalkalinity is the culpret here, not acids. The body manufactures hydrochloric acid which it makes primarily from potassium and not sodium. Blood levels of potassium and calcium will be low and calcium will be almost non-esxistent. The blood pH is too high. Typically 7.58 or so in end stage cancer.

I would go to the hardware store and buy a gallon of muratic acid and dillute it to 1:1000 into saline solution. For those more cautious 1 pre-mix 1:500 solution of HCL can be found at Nutricology.com Their product is also available on Amazon.com at times.

1:500 can be injected although there may be discomfort. Thinned to 1:1000 or higher does not produce any pain other than at the needle site.

The reason for the high urine and saliva pH is that the acid pumps are turned on to max output due to the hyperalkalinity of the blood. Calcium is being pulled out of the bones and it sounds as though the vital organs are breaking down. This can be reversed if you act quickly. If you smell amonia in the urine this a very bad.

All those acids are waste acids from the metabolic processes that the body is hangijng on to because it needs acids to counter the hyperalkalinity. Hydrochloric acid, if introduced in sufficient concentrations will allow the body to expell those other acids that are toxic. If you don't act on this you know what the end result will be.
