Guest guest
I'm really excited this week for brags! One of my reasons for getting back into working out was health reasons and to try to get rid of my pain meds...well, low and behold, I cut down my meds even further! I originally took up to 8 muscle relaxants a day and then my doctor cut it in half right about last October. It was a struggle for awhile, and then I was doing ok, but now...I've cut it down even further. My meds used to barely last the 25 days required before a new refill....but this time it has been 32 days and I still have 2 more days worth of pills!!! The changed the prescription to last 30 days vs. 25 on my pain pills so it is a little harder to compare. But today would be 30 days and I still have 4-5 days left on those also! YIPPEEEE!!!! Guest guest
I second what Elena said!!! That is wonderful about your meds... You are doing great and it's really showing and paying off!
