Wooo Hoooo! That is awesome! Wow, a true testament to the fact that

GREAT THINGS can happen if you just don't give up! It's amazing that

things are suddenly starting to happen so rapidly for you :) Just

goes to show that you never know when things will kick into gear and

start happening as long as you are consistent and stick with it!

Congratulations on ALL the changes you have made these past 15

months...both physically and mentally :) It will take awhile for you

to be able to 'see' the new you, but you'll get there! Don't you

just love it when others notice the changes, though? Way to go,

!

Too funny that you had to post this fast! Great job on resisting. A

couple days ago I grabbed something from work to eat and had two

bites, then thought " what am I doing " and quickly threw it away.

Mindless eating!!!

I have a Friday brag!

It has been VERY HOT here in Buffalo (boy, we are not used to that!!!) -

about 92 yesterday. Well, I was up at 5 am (why, I don't know!) and instead

of rolling over, I got up.....got a cup of " caffeine nectar " , and did Get

Ripped Basic Pink and a 3 mile power walk. I got home around 6:45 am. It

was so great to do all this before my day usually begins!

That's it!

Caroline, who hates to whine about the heat cuz we've waited so long for

summer, but geeze - it's hot!!!!

Great brag, Caroline! I can't stand the heat either. As as result,

my summer " depression " has begun. Only 2 1/2 months to September!

Getting up early to beat the heat is a great solution. I try to get

all errands done by 11:00 am and then I'm back to the air

conditioning inside. Way to go on getting your workout over with!

It's been the same type of weather around here also. Man, 90-95 degrees can

be really hot when you are not used to it (like me). We don't have air

conditionning at home, so our house is like a sauna! Maybe I should try to get

up early to beat this heat... but again, the best hours for sleeping are early

in the morning when it is slightly cooler.

In any case, congrats on that brag!

I got one!!!!

Every day this week I did 1/2 hour of the Get Ripped Basic followed by a 3

mile power walk. I feel great!!!

I would like to hop in on the challenge. For the next 21 days (starting

7/1) I will not snack on anything but popcorn or veggies in the evening.

Hey, anybody still doing the might 100? I'm at 30 workouts and 33 miles

powerwalking since 5/12.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.....

Caroline, who is going boating and fishing w/the family this weekend and

can't wait!!!
