Guest guest
It certainly was a huge success. It was incredibly professional yet personal, educational but understandable .. and friendly. I am still taking it all in to be honest so will wait for my thoughts to settle and my notes to sink in .. I look forward to a recap .. It was wonderful to see the faces behind the screen. Dr Gluck and .. you guys did an outstanding job .. Everyone did .. I second all of Kiki's comments .. you captured the mood very well Kiki .. I am too tired to relay the facts but it was mind blowing in many respects .. an eye opener on many levels .. I enjoyed every speaker .. each one taught me something new .. they all left me with so much to think about .. It was absolutely wonderful. It should without question become a yearly event .. Washington DC 2006 sounds great to me! Guest guest
Was great meeting you too When I finally left from our multi-shift dinner at the same diner and drinks back at the hotel, the drive home was suddenly quiet, even with the radio on. Could this be done without LDN? only had a very short nap last night, someone set her cell alarm for the wrong time zone, thinking it was the other time zone, and then couldn't get back to sleep. She did a GREAT job in her presentation and still joined everyone for a meal and drinks in the lounge. This was a very long day for people WITHOUT MS. When I got back to SI, I realized there's no way I'd have been able to do this before April 2003. I had 4 hours sleep last night, we got to the conference early so we could have breakfast and make sure we weren't late, sat (well, stood, mostly) from 9-4, stood out in the rain on 63rd trying to get a cab and then we went over to 5th Avenue, and then didn't head home until 8:30. I hope everyone had a good journey home. Again, was really great to meet everyone [low dose naltrexone] Re: Brief report on the June 11th First Annual LDN Conference It certainly was a huge success. Guest guest
Glad the conference went well. Any hope for a "double-blind placebo controlled study" of LDN for MS on the horizon?
