Kristy I'm confused too...how ca anyone NOT be a cheese person. I blame my string cheese addiction on Marta! And now my son has discovered it. But in honesty, I have weird quirks I get into. Sometimes I eat something I really don't like because of a craving. Maybe our body is lacking something the cheese has? Prunes are a natural laxative. I would bet due to the fruit sugars and fiber. I know apple juice works because of the high sugar content, so I figure the same with prune juice because they are not as fiber dense as a prune.
