Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 Has anyone read any of those books that are on the market that claim to have the 'cure' for fibromyalgia? I was recently diagnosed by a rheumatologist as having fibro. I am taking Elavil at bedtime, Klonopin during the day, and Diclofenac and Darvocet for pain relief. I would like to try some of those supposed cures for fibro first and then maybe try LDN (which my husband currently uses for MS). Either way, I don't like taking all those med's. I also have a skin breakdown on my hands (myositis) which is supposed to be linked to the fibro syndrome as well. If anyone has info for me regarding my situation......I would greatly appreciate it.
