The tech said she has seen some good scans with people on Strontium. I would personally like to see "most" everyone on it. It isn't very expensive..and the impact could be huge. 680 mg. daily (usually this means two capsules) It is being reported to help prevent and rebuild bones caused by osteoporosis. It is being reported to help osteo-arthritis (boosting Collagen and cartilage in the joints) It is being suspected in preventing cavities. Keep in mind ..Strontium is only a Piece of the puzzle...it is one of the tools in the toolbox to build your bones. You also need, Calcium, Vitamin d, Vitamins K1 and K2, Magnesium, boron, If I give you lumber and say "go build a house".. But I don't give you Saws, hammers, nails, screws, windows, doors, insulation, concrete...your going to live in a crappy house! Warnings: Children, pregnant or nursing mothers, People with Poor Kidney function, or Clotting disorders should not take unless under physicians care. There is a "small" increase in blood clots. Separate from Calcium, magnesium, Iron (or foods containg such) , antacids... and do not take with some antibiotics. But in two years, there has only been slight change Downward...not enough to even mention, like 1/10 of a Point on my wrists. I've been faithfully taking 4800 mgs of Calcium Citrate, 150,000 IUs of D3, Can't remember how much K2 right now...boron and The usual amount of Strontium... 6 hundred and something. It's two capsules away from any calcium. I take them by themselves with Vit. C...which I take with all my sups to help digest...if possible. Anyway, I'm totally overjoyed with these results, as it has been two years of this regimen, and It's working. The tech said she has seen some good scans with people on Strontium.
