Hey Chriss....

Firstly I am so glad that you found the board and it is very useful

for you!

Secondly, thank you very much.... I am averageing about .85 kgs a

week so this is by far very good for me and I am happy with the

progress thus far. I know that I will be coming to a stop still

soon, however that isn't worrying me at the moment (I know that it

will soon enough though - LOL)

I can't wait to see another 3 kgs off, that will be a mammoth 20kgs

gone!! and I am hoping to achieve this before my wedding which is

in 4.5 weeks so I hope that it will happen. I have started swimming

in the mornings and it is surprising how much difference weight loss

makes to your exercising. I have always been a strong swimmer even

when I was at my heaviest, however, I could never just keep going, I

would do ten laps and have to stop for 5 mins.... now I am just

ploughing through the 40 laps that I do in the morning without

stopping so I am extremly happy with that result. I really didn't

think that I would make that much difference, and it isn't like I

have worked up to not stopping, I swam in the beginning, and haven't

done anything since, until once last week and twice this week and

all three times I have been able to go non stop !!! This for me is

a NSV...,. LOVE IT! YAY

Hope you are well and how is your journey going? Where are you up
