I was afraid they had done it at 9AM and I see it has already triggered

confusion on this forum making some think that they can take their LDN in the

AM.

Just for clarification--I wasn't thinking that I could actually benefit from an a.m. dose, but rather allow my body an opportunity to adjust to it before bedtime. In this manner, perhaps avoid the insomnia...Bren <TwisterAlley2@...> wrote:
