Guest guest
Now you're talking, Jim! English Breakfast tea is my fav! No, it doesn't have as much caffeine. It is my drink of choice at work. Mmmmmm. I don't like to need the caffeine, and I really only drink a 16oz in the morning. Sometimes I don't finish it....but as the day drags on I need more. I was so dog tired yesterday that I had to fight not to nod off during a Chem test and later in lecture. You know, the quiet, the sitting still... I am sure I blew the test. My notes from class aren't great either. When I got home I took a nap (with two dogs and a cat,so I found when I woke up...). Bye! in OR

I should probably add that I only have one or two cups in the morning and that's the extent of my caffiene intake. __________________ How aboutr swapping to decaf? To me 2 cups of coffee a day sounds really good compared to what some people take in. I am a Diet Dr. Pepper fiend, and I get way more caffeine than that...LOL. My daughter was spending 4-5 dollars or so a day on them, I made her read the ingredients and it was B vitamins! It can be bought much cheaper to take the vitamins. We all know what carbs do for us. read ingredients, because most of them are herbs and vitamins. Energy drinks are sugar and will lift for a lilttle while then a crash usually. **************Get trade secrets for amazing burgers. Watch " Cooking with Tyler Florence " on AOL Food. Guest guest
A nap with the dogs are my favorite! That is the one thing I really miss about school...having the ability to take a nap during the day! Something tells me that when I go back to get my Phd, it wont be that easy. What kind of dogs do you have? I have an older yellow lab and a young black lab mix. > > Now you're talking, Jim! English Breakfast tea is my fav! No, it > doesn't have as much caffeine. Guest guest
I have two dogs, a 13 year old flat coated retriever and an 18 month old border collie/lab mix. My old boy doesn't get on the bed. Never has. Who I woke up with was my Maya and my mother's 7 year old Bichon/Poodle mix. Jacques had taken over Tom's pillow and Maya the whole bottom half of the bed. I think Jasper was on the floor at the foot of the bed... he usually is. the tired in OR

Guest guest
How funny! I have an eight year old yellow lab and a 19 month old black lab/boarder collie/ and maybe german shepard mix! My mom had a bichon. Very cute but much faster than my dogs! > > I have two dogs, a 13 year old flat coated retriever and an 18 month > old border collie/lab mix. My old boy doesn't get on the bed. Guest guest
Thanks Jim....I don't drink alot of caffiene, just my one cup in the morning, it is however about 2 cups in one but still just one, I used to love having a cup of tea in the evening, especially in the Winter when it's cold and my poor old arthritic bones don't want to function, I'd have a nice cup of chamomile tea and it would help relax me before bed. Anyway, thanks :-) Jim wrote: I can't really answer that, Melody. A little caffeine is OK. Just make sure you don't drink a lot of it. In my case, my weakness is tea (all that English/ish DNA, you know). I have several cups per day. But, I make sure that I do not let the tea steep at all. The longer it steeps the more caffeine it has. So, I drink weak tea. Coffee has so much more caffeine in it because of the brewing process. Re: Question on energy supplements ..
