Hi Maree

Good on you for being so strong, I know it wouldn't have been easy for you. I have been in a similar situation myself so know how hard it can be not to weaken and give in. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself because you certainly should be.

Hugs from Leanne.

Hi Maree,

You totally deserve to be smug and I am so glad that you got the

opportunity to do something.

Hope you get many more chances to assert yourself in the same way and

get satisfaction from what you have achived so far.

Well done

Cheers

Cath

Hi Maree,

What can I say.

You are amazing. You are looking terrific , you know it, he knows it and he is now licking his wounds.

I'm so very proud of you - you have come a long way.

Yes, past Sam you are , and you are moving at a very fast pace, towards the NEW MAREE which you have now discovered.

Maree, go for it girl, keep your chin up, look good, feel good and you will go a long way.

two hoorays for Maree.

Cheers - Mimi

Hallo, I was going out yesterday afternoon, dressed to the T feeling pretty confident with the 'look' and I called into the Eftpos machine to get some cash. Guess who was at the Dr. next door and came running over? YEP, Sam!! (He has blood poisoning). Well, I have to report to you all it is now 2 months since I have seen him prior to his holiday and he kept saying over and over how thin I'd got and how great I looked. That is, even between me telling him his pedigree. He was really astonished and I felt so SMUG. I could see he was impressed and he was with 2 mates who were also taking second looks. I walked away feeling satisfied with some sense of gratification. Win, win, win, for Maree. He rang this morning and still kept saying how thin and great I looked and I got to calmly tell him I have moved on with my life (it hurt like hell but not as much as he has hurt me).I love this band and what it has done for my self image. It has taken time, I am 15 months post op, but I never imagined I'd ever get to the point I am now at, it's great.
