If not, don't start back on them. The more drugs with side-effects we can keep out of our systems the better. If you feel you need them then start back but maybe in lower doses to see if you need as much as you did before LDN. For sleep, get you some melatonin at the healthfood store. Start at 3mg and if that's not enough try 6mg and if not enough try up to 10mg and up to 15mg if needed. Take melatonin 30 minutes before you take your LDN dose. After being on melatonin for 4 months try going without the melatonin and see if your sleep is regulated, if not, start back on the melatonin. I am very interested in how long you've been on LDN, what dosage are you taking of LDN and have you noticed any difference in your Lupus? I have a friend that I am desperately trying to get to try LDN who has Lupus. Keep us updated.

Keep us updated. > > Thank you , I just started the LDN at 4.5 crushing the 50mg hard pill and splitting it up to measure with a pony bead. I will taper off the klonapin as I am only on a half dose now, and will also taper off the Lexapro, I am on 20mg of it now. I am going to see if my dr will give a different antidepressant. The only thing I have noticed so far with the LDN is a weird taste in my mouth after I take it. But not bothersome. The pharmacist that filled it is also a luppie and is planning on using it as she said others she knows with lupis have done well. She should have a good idea as she fills their meds. I am excited that this has potential to help keep my quality of life from getting any worse. I have made strict diet changes and take glyconutrients, my homemade version, much cheaper. I have great luck with the glycos so far, as long as I drink it first thing when I get up. It gives me a more normal feeling and helps with my energy levels as well as at my last dr apt, for the first time in four years I had no blood or protein in my urin, so something must be working. I also gave up dairy. And sugar! It is allot of work to get healthy, but it will be worth it. Thank you for your help. And yes I will let you know of my progress. Sincerely, Shopgirlsw

If you do not have the instructions on how to mix the liquid LDN from a 50mg Naltrexone tablet let me know and I will post them for you. Some find they get better results from the liquid LDN instead of the pony bead method.
