Guest guest
I am so glad you and Jim said something about this. I didn't even know that people were taking over 2000mg of calcium, or that you could take it closer than 4 hours. I thought it was a waste of time to take it any closer because we could only absorb 500 mg every four hours? Guess that was wrong! Not the first mistake I've made or the last. *shrug* I took five calcium yesterday. Although I can see a work day being a little more challenging. I used to use my cell phone to remind me to take my antibiotics...that would work well. Plus I bought a fancy watch just for medication reminders but I never figured out how to use it! Guess its time to do that. *lol* > > The only way that I can really remember to take > my 4,000 units is to set the alarms on my cell > ph for every 2 hrs.I take 600 7x aday..Thank God > for cells with alarms...LOL > God bless, > Pat >

It was kind of dry at first but to me was easier than taking a huge pill. Mel **************Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars. They are different blends of pain relievers usually mixed with a mega dose of caffeine. The caffeine is what I think helps the headaches, especially when you have a migraine starting. (Kind of like caffergot?) It is in a little piece of wax paper and you fold it and chunk down the dry powder. That is how I took the cal 100. I need to get some as it was an easy way to do it. I would just open the little pack and drop it back on my tongue and swallow it with whatever was handy. They really had no taste at all. Do yo guy's have BC powders? About the same as the goody's. Guest guest
Well, it was good with decaf coffee. I still have some from way back years ago. I might order more. You know how I like to mix and match my calcium types. Guest guest
-And that is the reason that I take 4,000 units of calcium every day, other than that I take my vitamin that is all I take.
