Hi,perhaps you could download virtualPC and install an older windows version(like win95, 98, 2000, and so on...) and then you can use the software on your Win7.Just an option, not sure if it´s the best one!!

Hello, I have not been on for a while.My device has been idle for a couple years. I want to start using it again but but when I hotsync to windows 7, I get an error saying the process has been interrupted, and a message saying certain files could not be read.I have tried running it in compatibility mode for xp service packs 2 and 3 {the only 2 xp options available} as well with no success. Windowa xp was my previous OS.

Does anyone know I can fix this. If not do I need a different handheld device? Which I really cant afford.
