Guest guest
I started using LDN on March 5th of this year. I started at 4.5 mg right away, and that seemed to go very well. I still have many of the problems I had before LDN, but I have seen some improvements. On May 3rd I decided to go down to 3 mg to see if I would see any difference in the two doses. The only difference I have seen, and it may be purely coincidental (probably is, actually) is that I have had more pain since I went down to 3 mg. It's been a bunch of strange little pains that I didn't have terribly often before, which is why I'm thinking that it has nothing to do with changing my LDN dosage. I'll suddenly get a severe pain in one of my toes or the bottom of my foot or one of my arms, that sort of thing. The pain always goes away in a few minutes, but it's really intense while it lasts. My inclination is to think that these goofy pains have nothing at all to do with changing my LDN dosage because I can't see any reason why changing the dose I'm taking should make any difference. Does anyone know of any reason why I would have more pain at a lower dosage of LDN? One way or the other, I think that I should go back up to the 4.5 mg dosage since I was able to tolerate it just fine. I'm just curious about whether or not anyone sees any reason why changing my dosage would be a cause of the increased pain I've been having.
