Guest guest
For those considering DL-Phenylalanine please read the cautionary warnings on the bottle. DL-P cannot be taken if you have high blood pressure and there are other conditions you may have that it cannot be used. Rhonda I got some allergy improvement but not 100%. I'm not as allergic to ALL make-up now like before. I can now use Este' Lauder foundation without my eyes burning out of my head.
Guest guest
I don't have high blood pressure but have an irregular heartbeat esp. if stressed I feel it. I just remember being speedy and didn't sleep for a week. May react differenly now and it's worth a try but maybe I shouldn't take it at bedtime until I see what it does. Guest guest
Rhonda, I would not take it at bedtime because you have LDN at that time. Spread it out. takes one in the morning before breakfast and one in the afternoon. You might only need the morning one. Sometimes he forgets the afternoon one and does just fine. My best Aletha [low dose naltrexone] Re: Cinder / DLP/ Rhonda >I don't have high blood pressure but have an irregular heartbeat esp. > if stressed I feel it.
