Guest guest
I haven't yet got the DL Phen myself but wonder why when years ago I tried it I got insomia etc. You say your husband takes one with LDN at night. I may find some today and experiment myself but I don't need insomia. I can't recall what brand I used or the mg's either. Tell me again what milligram people are using? Is it 500mgs? And I'm just 108 pounds and took just one a day back then. My fatigue isn't as bad lately and not sure if endorphins are catching up or the chronic fatigue multi I just started or a combo but I could use more of a lift. My most prominant symptom now is numbness all over. I wonder if the LDN took the inflammation away from brain lesion and wonder if the scarring causes the numbness. I'm still wondering exactly what MRI results of Stable mean. I would think means no changes but do they ever use Active or Inactive. Driving me nuts waiting for the 27th for neuro appt. to ask questions but he hasn't ever really answered many of them Yet. I started the liquid LDN recently and I like that way. Will take a while to see if any more changes this way. I think sometimes the numbness I get makes me think I feel fatigued if that makes sense. I started last night back to Working Out that I didn't have time for in last two years and that is when I started progressing rapidly from initial symptoms 10 years ago. Will see if that helps any. Before I didn't have the drive to try fiting in a workout and now I do but have to fit it in with a full time job and taking care of 9 animals and not much time to workout. Also, , since allergies suppose to be an over reacting immune system, shouldn't the LDN increasing endorphins help that any? I'm would love that b/c I suffer bad allergies and hav gotten worse in last few years. Rhonda > The DL Phenylalanine is totally worth trying for pain and for a feeling of > overall well being.
