I was really nervous because my week has felt turned upside down with having a stomach bug at the start of the week and then the kids getting sick too... yuck! I never threw up like the poor kids, but sure had a couple days of feeling like I wished I could and just get it done with. Anyway, I did manage to do something physical everyday this week, including The Firm DVD twice! I even snuck in the lat 20 min of cardio last night. Stepped on the scale this morning and I lost 2.5 lbs this week!! WOOOOO-HOOO!!!!! That's a total of 15.5 pounds GONE so far. I'm pretty darn pleased. I noticed something last night. I had so much energy when I was working out. I don't know if it was a fluke thing. Usually I work out in the mornings and I feel fine, do my thing. But last night I felt like I could just bounce through the whole workout and then some. The bad thing was after that it took me FOREVER to get to sleep that evening. Just could not wind down. Maybe no more evening cardio for me after all!
