Guest guest Posted May 6, 2009 Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 Wednesday, May 6, 2009 some yoga this morning. shame on me i didn't get anything else done yesterday including stretching. this morning is yoga rest so i did basic flex yoga from caribbean workout's stretch in yoga. its only 20 min of basic postures for stretching. i followed with 15 min of wii coach yoga b/c i was suppose to do something from wii fitness coach yesterday but just didn't. so roughly 35 min of yoga!pilates or yoga later for sure. i just feel so much better when i actually make the time for it. so its motivation enough to get it in again today. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
