Guest guest
Caroline, doesn't your link work that Jen sent you? It's just like clicking on chat. I'm not sure how you submit articles for the posting, whether you send them to Jen or not. A link doesn't take up near the room as whole articles. I was just concerned about the volume and length that the articles can get. I pay for my internet service but still have a limit on the mail box as I think do some members. Didn't mean to cause any problems. Melt ----- Original Message ----- From: C J Jen, I already belong to StillsNet. Can anyone post Stills research articles there? How do you access them? Guest guest
Caroline, anyone can post a research article to the stillsnet list, in fact you have posted alot in the past two weeks to the stillsnet list, not research but just general support. To send an article the email address is stillsnet it's the same as sending one here, you can send the entire article instead of just the link. Since it's only for posting articles there is not much mail generated from the list so full articles are fine. I used to post articles regularly but I havent posted one in several months so it would be great if you could send the research articles that you find. Sometimes people join the stillsnet list and send a regular email asking questions and wanting support, since all the emails are moderated I would get the email first and usually tell the person that the list was only for research and for them to join this list or the JRA list for parents if they had a child with stills. Well a few weeks ago someone sent an email and since there had not been much mail lately I let her post go through and several people answered her including you, it worked fine for about a week until I decided to change the moderated emails and let anyone post as soon as I did we had spammers. So I quickly changed it back to moderated posts and now just to research articles. The stillsnet works exactly like our list, all emails are archived and you can search the archives for specific things. Hope this helps
Guest guest
Caroline, you must have just hit the reply button when you sent the emails to stillsnet, if you dont pay attention to the subject tag you may never notice that it's a different address, alot of people do that. I will forward you the messages that you sent, look at the to line and you will see stillsnet instead of stillsdisease. I removed all those posts from the archives to people wouldnt have to muddle though them when looking for research.
Guest guest
Caroline, that is probably how it works, I view my mail through outlook express but it would make sense that any groups that you belong too would appear if you sign under your yahoo username
