Guest guest
Hi Helen, I agree with Beverlee regarding the pancreatitis. First off, it's horrible and the pain is unreal. I have never been one to drink at all, but I got pancreatitis. They found that it was from Maxide(a diuretic drug) that I was on. They actually put me into a coma like sleep for 2 weeks-in intensive care, in order to indure the pain. Following the episode, they put me on pancreatic enzymes(Creon) for many years. That seem to do the trick, but I will never forget that pain. It was like someone had put a knife in my back. I really hope that your husband is feeling better soon. I can sympathize with him!! I will be thinking of you all. Speedy recovery to him..

Guest guest
Hi Helen, so sorry to hear that Graham is not well. Please give him a great big hug from me (not too tight!) and I'm sending all my best wishes for a speedy recovery. And hey, there's nothing wrong with a little class. If you're going to demolish a chocolate, it might as well be the best! Luv, Rose. > > > Hi everyone,,I am sitting here having totally demolished a Lindt > > chocolate all by myself. > > Just got back from hospital where my darling Graham has been admitted > > with Pancreatitis. > > He is in such pain and there was nothung much they could do but give > > him morphine to ease the pain. > > The doctors can't understand why he has it 'cause it's mostly caused > > by alcohol and as some of you probably know Graham never touches the > > stuff!
