Kick Butt + Yoga Complete for Weight Loss

Tressia came over tonite so I decided we do Kick Butt with hunks Kristoff St. of Young and the Restless, Badrino Kocktane, Trainer to the Stars, and with Jackie Vankatwyk, " professional fitness expert " who says almost nothing during the workout though she should have, because neither Kristoff nor Badrino could cue worth a fig. 

However, it was pefect for what we needed.  It was the right pace for Tressia and the combos were super simple, no mor than two moves strung together.  I wanted low impact kb for my shins and left foot, and after the kb portion of the workout there is a brief upper body weights workout and a nice abdominal routine.  We skipped the stretch, because next was..

Yoga Complete for Weight Loss, External Power, Internal Balance, 60 min's long from the beginner section. It really wasn't beginner though, because poses are held for a good deal of time, and you even do Half Moon Pose!  The woman's voice is a little wearing after awhile, but not so far as to be too annoying.  Example:  " Reach enthusiA-AAAAA-stically for your toes! "   It felt great though, especially holding downdog and forward fold for so long, same with head to knee pose and supta padangustasana.

Tomorrow Tressia is coming over again for pilates, then Friday my friends Jen and Sayaka are coming over for Turbo Kick and yoga.  Yeeess!  It so helps for me to work out with others!Hope everyone is having a good night!
