Guest guest
Hi Andy, et. al., Yeah...pretty dang busy weekend. I finally hired a bookeeper on Friday and stayed at the office until 11:00 p.m. catching up (still much to do) so hopefully will get caught up on much overdue work in my business by middle July, plus experience the benefit of lessened pressure. Did yoga 8-9:30 a.m. Saturday, my free day, and then spent the rest of the day pulling down wallpaper in my office. Sunday put in two flats of flowers, then spent 1/2 day washing and priming the walls at my office. My lower back and feet hurt so bad last night from what, I don't know...maybe from the toxic fumes from the Bin primer...I don't know, but anyway I had to take an Aleve to sleep. Food!!! I have sucked at nutrition all weekend. Saturday was free day, and then Sunday started well with power oatmeal, then tuna salad on a pita pocket, then spiraled down into breaded fish and pepperoni bread, but then settled down with pork chop, sweet peas, and apple sauce. Didn't eat again after that. Water!!! Sucked here too. I'm sure I got only 1/2 of needed water for last three days. Exercise!!! I think I made one workout last week. I believe there are just times in my life I have to remember to breath and let it go. There are times I can do the things on my daily routine list and then there are those days that demand that I do many other things. Of course I am the one that decides to take responsibility for these many areas of my life, and I accept that there are days I just can't get to everything I want to get to. But I still hate that I can't make my life do exactly what I want!!! [Grrrr]. So menu and exercise schedule for this week are to follow. Time to pull it together in the face of adversity.
