In the same day he started DL-Phenylalanine. He takes this twice a day on an empty stomach. 500mg per pill. This is suggested by Dr. Bihari for overall well being and less depression. Apparently it will extend the work that LDN does, more so through the whole day. The second thing was he changed his diet. He has very low fat, no wheat and no dairy. The day after he started these two items his 6 month depression disappeared. The DL-Phenylanlanine can be purchased at the health food store or on-line. Dr. Bihari suggests Solaray brand.
